Charged for a phone I never received

So my phone breaks I can't see anything on my phone so I call customer service they help me try to get a phone it was in my budget end up going for refurbished one I wait and wait and I noticed that my order still hasn't been sent out so I go to check on it turns out the phone they don't have it so they sold me a phone with didn't exist. but I already started the process of paying it over time. I end up having to cancel my account because I couldn't find me a phone in my budget which is weird which cuz I can go anywhere else and get a phone in my budget but that's off track. So I go through the circus show of trying to get this off my account call many people tell me that it's been done but it hasn't cuz I still charging me for it you end up talking emailing some of the head people to figure out what's going on and why they're still charging me for it they said that they'll help me to remove all this off my account this was in January we are now in July and I find out they sent me to collections for that money this is getting old this is not right this is harassment it needs to be solved immediately
