Charged for a phone Verizon never even shipped!

I switched from AT&T to Verizon on December 28th simply for the promotions that Verizon was offer however it has been a nightmare with nothing but issues since day 1. 

The most recent issue is being charged $829.99 for a phone I ordered December 28, 2024 that Verizon never even shipped. Even after numerous phone calls and countless hours on the phone with Verizon representatives NOT A SINGLE PERSON has resolved this problem. They all confirm the phone was not shipped and was returned however no refund is being processed. They satisfy my phone call with promises and assurance that they “generated a ticket and a credit will be issued to my account” but the tickets are never processed and no credit has been generated.

This is not the only issue I’m having with Verizon this is just the most costly one other than my time. I’ve called at least 12 times and each time the calls last over an hour. I’ve spent over 20 hours on the phone and in person at the stores trying to resolve all of the issues I’ve encountered since switching to Verizon just a few weeks ago. I never faced any of these issues with AT&T and this is not acceptable!
