Charged for devices i was told that were returned

I was told by the people in my family that 2 iPhone se were returned they aren't under this account name but on my email I still get bills because autopsy was on but I can't get into that account because I need the phone and it won't let me reset password

Hello Hodges58. We would need for you to be an account manager on the account and go with a valid ID so that we can access the account properly. Once we do this, we can gladly check into the issues with those two phones you mentioned.
