Verizon just sent me an email saying that they have not received my phone. I had a phone replaced it was broke. I had to return it. They sent me another one and said to return it as well. Once the other one was logged on. I took the first one to UPS mailed it once the other one was logged in. I took the second phone to UPS mailed it. Same process. Same boxes. Same everything 4 months later they're saying they had not received the phone and they're going to charge my account $900. What is my recourse? I've been with Verizon over 20 years and this is the case they can take my current phone. I will close my account immediately

A couple of quick questions:
1) You had 2 phones to return, correct?
2) Were these 2 phones shipped in the same return box, or were they 2 separate shipments?
I've read of issues in the past where multiple devices were shipped in one container and this causes a problem at the receiving warehouse, where only 1 device will be tied to the tracking number of the package and the others will be lost in the shuffle. 😞
If it was 2 separate shipments you made, I'd check the tracking numbers for both to verify they were received by Verizon.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
