I have been goi g back a forth with Verizon for MONTHS about being charged for whole home wi-fi I don’t have. They still have not fixed this! Call every month and they claim to fix it. Even put in a ticket and said it was fixed. Well lo and behold again it’s not. I’m over Verizon and this constant fight.

If you have internet service with Verizon (either through Fios or the 4G/5G Home Internet), WiFi is part of the service and you would get a charge for that.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

We're sorry to learn your billing issues for your internet has not been yet been resolved, Jls6279. It's important to us that this is corrected right away. Just to confirm, is this for Fios residential service or cellular 5G Home Internet service?
