Hello. My family and I cancelled service back before the new year in December. The account attached to autopay was charged until June. Ive talked to customer service a total of almost 4 hours on 4 separate occasions and nothing has been solved. This is my last ditch effort. In the course of those six months I've been charged interest on those unknown charges now amounting to over $300 a month. I was then charged $260 to "officially" close the account after already paying that fee in February. I have all documentation. This is laughable how unorganized and disingenuous this process is.
