Charges on my Closed Account

I am still being charged for mobile monthly service fees after cancelling my personal mobile plan a month ago.  I have a charge for $233.28 on my personal banking account but there is not a record of the charges in myVerizon billing account.  I also can't access my mobile account information at all. It won't let me access my mobile account, so I can't stop future automatic payments. Help me please!
