Chat never works-- credits not applying to bill

I've tried several times connecting to chat to address this issue, but even after several minutes the chat doesn't connect. Due to the business of my schedule, calls, waiting on hold, waiting for calls back or going into the store can't fit into my day. I recently upgraded my phone and the associate who assisted me promised a $30 credit that isn't showing on my bill. Please advise.

I'm not sure exactly. It could have been from the phone I traded in or a bundle of features I opted into, but I confirmed several times what my bill would be before accepting the changes (and calculated for tax) and it isn't the same. The payments are $30/month different, which is the same as the credit the representative promised I would get. Can you please research my file and let me know the solution?

I upgraded on 4/3. How would I refer back to the promotion now? Would that be in my receipts or other correspondence after my visit?

It depends on what promotion you took advantage of. So if a promotion is 30 off. You would see If it took 2 bill cycle all previous credits on that invoice. -Joe
