Hello. I am a 22 year old currently working with my credit union to resolve unknown items on my credit report. In so doing, I found a collection from verizion at $1199. I am unclear as to what this is, and can't find a way to validate the debt online. I would appreciate it if a verizon team member were willing to reach out to me via messaging on this platform or over the phone to help me resolve whatever this issue may be as soon as possible, as I do have a child on the way and need to be in proper shape to secure a mortgage on our new home.
