Complete support disaster

Phone failed under warranty. New phone received, old phone shipped back as requested the same day the new phone received, 30 days before it was due to be sent back. Received an email from Verizon that old phone received. Click on UPS tracking link in email and it was received a few days after I send it back.

~30 days later get hit a $929.99 charge because old phone never recieved by Verizion, dispite that fact that thier system logged the phone as being received & email ed me that it had been received WAY before it was due back. Been trying to get the $929.99 charge removed ever since.  Spent hours on the phone & in chat with Verizon support and in EVERY case was told, yes we recieved the phone and the charge will be removed.  Every single time!

Yet the charge is still on my bill. 

After my last chat I get an text message with a link to my support ticket to follow up on.  With I click the link I get: "

Please try after sometime

Your request could not be processed at this time. Please try again later.

 Other then getting my replacement phone to me, your support systems are beyond broken. Even though you acknowlege you received my phone both electronically and via  phone calls and chats you can not or will not get this charge off my bill.  And even the support ticket links you are sending me are broken!
