No notifications, email, or warning AT ALL that there would be an aggressive price hike!
This is NOT "built right". Verizon's excuse for 5G barely ever works in one of biggest cities in America, so why I should pay more for a service that doesn't work properly and with out any notice of any kind?!?!

If you are referring to the $4/line increase on legacy plans, maybe the notification went to your spam/junk email when it first came out. There have been quite a few discussions in the forums about it for some time now.
Sorry to hear your service isn't all that great...I will agree it's not worth it to pay a fortune for something which doesn't work, so if you're not happy, it's time to port? Depending on what kind of devices you have, they may also not support the latest 5G technology. In any case, I hope you will find some kind of resolution.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Throughly check junk and "in:all" folders before posting.
Upgraded from a iPhone 13 Pro Max to a iPhone 15 Pro Max just a few months ago, so 5G should have been "built right" the entire time, and it barely works.
The price hike is $8 not four. In fact suprise price hike is eight dollars and change!

There is only one line, and has only EVER been one line and yet still, $8.09!
No warning back in Januaray or any other date about an aggressive price hike, especially one that is double what seems to be the suprise others got!

Hello, IrishPHX. Help is here as we know no one likes seeing price increases. We can assist in reviewing your account for any savings. I do want to advise, we did send out communications regarding the price change as we sent and email on 1/25, a letter was sent on 1/27, and there was a notification on the bill (both paper bill and via your online My Verizon account). Please tell me more about the issues you are experiencing. What is your zip code? When did this begin?
