Just this week, I have joined Verizon and yesterday I received my phone and my first bill estimate. But my problem is knowing when it is due. The app is telling me that my next payment is the 4th of April and I’m curious to know if that’s what the first bill is but all Verizon employees are telling me that no one knows when my bill is due. So I am just curious to know if anyone has had the same problem and when their first bill was due.
