I made a payment on May 7th through their automated system and I got a confirmation text. Now Verizon is trying to say that I never made a payment and keep sending me texts about my payment. I tried reaching out to customer via chat and I can’t get a live person. I’ve been with Verizon for about 5 years and the last two I’ve been having issues back to back. I think it’s time to finally leave and not look back at a company that treats their customers like this
