Does anyone know how we can get in contact with support that has the ability to resolve issues not give me excuse to wait 48 hours. I have waited 6 days for my billing issue to be resolved and nothing has happen. I know there is a executive relation team but how do I get in contact with them. 3 years as a customer and this is about to end the commitment.
