How do I file a complaint with Verizon. I have been a customer for 20+ years and have been getting a discount for 14+ years thru my employer. Employment has been validated at least 3 times but I am still not seeing the discount on my bills. I have rec'd credits but want to be ASSURED this has been fixed.

Hey there, we certainly appreciate your loyalty over the years and want to ensure you are receiving all discounts you are eligible for! You mentioned you have validated your work discount multiple times. Did you receive a message that your employer discount needed to be validated? If so, did you stop seeing the discount on your bill after receiving that message? Have there been any other changes to your account such as an alternate plan?
