I terminated my service on 1/31/2025, but I was charged a full $59.99 of monthly bill on 1/27/2025. Today is 3/2/2025 and I still have not received a refund of my credit balance. I have called and spoken to different customer service reps but I have been given different answers, some told me the refund should have arrived in less than one week, some told me it arrives in more than 3 months. Anyone know how long this refund process takes?
