I’m going on a cruise to Hawaii and have a meeting I need to call into that will last for 3 hours, and will be at sea for this call, is there a plan for me to purchase with enough minutes to make this call

Won't that just be charged as roaming on your bill?

Based on the horror stories I've seen here about the international service plan refusing to let itself be cancelled - it seems to keep coming back like a bad penny? - a better solution might be to call the cruise line company and ask how they provide cellular service. It has been a few years since I took a cruise, but there definitely is some wireless network access while onboard. If nothing else, couldn't the OP use Wi-Fi calling?
