Ive been trying to get the credit for my trade in for 8 months now. Every month I call. They waste 30 minutes of my time, then tell me the problem is fixed. The next billing period, I'm still being charged. The girl last month said the problem was solved and that she would give me an extra $20 credit for 12 months because of all the problems. This month, still being billed for the phone and no $20 credit. The guy this months offered to give me $5 off my phone bill, completely ignoring my $1000 trade in credit and the offered $20 credit.
