My bill is full of errors and erroneous charges due to billing system errors including dropping us from paperless billing ($60.00/mo increase), added a monthly contract to one of our phones that we paid cash for ($17.00/mo) and increasing the plan type on 4 of our lines ($40.00/mo). Customer service agents are unhelpful and not empowered to fix problems. Reaching anyone that can actually has the authority to help in real time is impossible. Verizon keeps going up on the bills so much so that the Military Discount we receive has been exceeded by the billing increases . Our bill is over $350/Month - this does not include the approximate $24.00 bill increase coming next month. T-Mobile has quoted us $230.00 for the exact same service including fees and taxes and I have tried for over two weeks to reason with Verizon customer service for some relief so that we can remain customers. I am done wasting my time trying to stay with Verizon. It's a shame because Verizon in the past had the best customer service out there. Yet another example of how offshoring customer service and relentless price increases explained away as needed/justified "to invest in the network" have ruined what was a great company.
