Been a customer for over 10 years and we’ve been working on getting an iPad off our bill since mid-June. An iPad that we never received and was cancelled that same day. We’ve made 3 trips to the store and spent over 8 hours trying to get this resolved. We’ve been promised return phone calls with no callbacks. We’ve been promised it would be removed from our account by a certain date and it’s still sitting there. Now I’m getting past due messages. Verizon must not honor their long time customers. Never been so disgusted with Customer Service. You’re making US Cellulars CS look amazing.
