Why has a refund for a product I never recieved taken at least two months to sort out?
Why have I spent over 8 hours combined on hold and in communication with your customer support for a simple order cancellation and a refund.
Why have three service reps out of the dozen ive talked to, most likely not verizon employees told me this has been resolved and the payment should be sorted within a week.
Why has your customer service reps not communicated clearly with their colleagues making matters worse.
Why was I told this device which was ordered, never arrived (returned to shipper) then cancelled by me still charged to my account causing financial issues?
Why, after I was told last week that the money would take five days to be refunded to my card, have I recieved two verizon text messages for more info to be uploaded.
Community manager, I know you will read this rant, I expect a call from a Verizon employee in 24 hrs or you will loose my seven lines to ATT.
