They are charging me for a phone that was returned to their warehouse. I was not home when it was to be delivered. Never touched said phone. Contacted them 3x over this billing issue. 3x I was told it would be taken care of…. They shut my service off. Guess what you can’t contact them without service. Try calling from landline? Lololo cannot talk to a person. Will be switching to T-mobile
