I am trying to find out how to get in touch with a manger or supervisor for customer support. I have been waiting 5 months for them to correct a promo credit on my account. I have spend over 30 hours on the phone, chat, and text to correct this issue. I have been told 7 times that the issue is resolved and would reflect on my next bill. The issue started when my original promo credit amount for a trade in was not able to be accepted due to a system error. I was told it would be corrected as soon as they received our trade in phones. I have screen shots and recordings of them staring over and over that all of the notes on my account reflect this as well. I have been told that a supervisor is correcting it immediately. They have corrected two of the four lines. I am so frustrated with this situation. Does anyone have advice on how to actually speak to a supervisor or manager since I am told they aren't available every time I ask? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please help!

Hey sorry for the trouble your having. Do you happen to have a Verizon store by you? If so, speak with manager there and have them submit a PCA form. Let me know if this helps.

5+ months is a lot of time invested.  You are in the right place to review the account for eligible promos/discounts.  Please reply to the following private note so we can collect account details to move forward.

Yes, they treat business accounts very poorly. I have also had a major issue with them and I havenโ€™t even had the account for over two months in this little time that I have had an account open with them. I had so many issues to my account being labeled as fraudulent my account being closed and then reopened equipment, not being received that I ordered and charges on my account that I donโ€™t know where they came from because I never put them under I thought Verizon was a good company to be with especially with a business account since I said I heard good things about them, but Iโ€™m seeing complete opposite. This is a very rare place to open a business account with. Especially the customer service service for business. They are horrible.
