Been dealing with an issue - a CSR said it would be taken care of. I only wanted to make a parital payment till the credit hit so logged into chat later. A CSR supposedly told me what to do and said they'd put a note on my account to expedite the refund.  

When that didn't happened I again reached back out via chat and it turns out that person number to did NOT say 'expedite refund' they put a note in over-riding the earlier decision about the credit. They straight up lied to me.

What and the He11!?
