Customer service/returning equipment support.

I purchased verizon 5g Home internet on a 30 day free trial period . Since I was not satisfied with the internet speed at my place, Tempe, AZ, I didn't want to  use the service anymore and return the device. 

I disconnected the service and the customer reprsentatiove said there will be return label sent to my address in 4-5 days --> it has been over 40 days , I haven't received any label. When I rechecked on status, there is no tracking id and also they have deleted my account as I am not using service and verbally, they say it will be received in some unknown days.

Now, I am getting calls and email everyday to pay the bill which they have posted on some account since they didn't receive the box .

Lot of problems from the verizon end here :

  1. They never sent any label as they never provided any tracking id although I asked several times -- 2 chats - 1 of them --Chat Conversion Id: *****, 😥
  2. They have deleted account and I can't track anything . 🙄
  3. They said I can't return the equipment to local verizon store without label if there is no return label, should I address it to Verizon CEO or what ?? 😡
  4. They are disconnecting calls -- Phone call at Oct 14, 6:16 PM. 😠

Anybody who can help me with this please help, as I don't want to recive any email /calls/mssg for this from their end now -- The most I expect from them is to come and pickup their garbage box🐽 from my home.

I am having the same problem.  After 3 phone calls asking for a label to be sent, a rep told me to take it to UPS and they would scan the bar code and ship it back.  I did so, and UPS clerk told me to be sure to save the receipt as Verizon is notorious for denying it was returned.  I just received another bill and reminder email, so they are obviously pulling this shenanigan on me.  Of course you can't email in order to have documentation, and you can't prove phone calls either.  I hate Verizon and will never, ever use them again.  For the record, we used their cell service for probably 10 years before switching that several years ago.  Good luck ever getting me back Verizon.  I will be sure to warn everyone on your internet service now as well.

We are sorry to read that you had this negative experience with your return, as this is never what we want for any of our customers. When did you return the device? Did you receive confirmation that it was already returned?
