Customer service thru chat or phone

I have been a verizon customer for years but the customer service thru chat or phone is not acceptable. They do not resolve issue at all. I had nurse discount for years, always reapplied when asked to. Discount fell off my account and when i notified customer service i did not get credit on my account for this. They only placed the discount back on account for recent month. Also i tried to remove service on one line but unable due to balance on phone so i tried to lower coverage & remove insurance , instead of lowing my bill it was increased due to partial month billing which is ridiculous as no one is using the phone. Customer Service did not resolve issue and did not appear to care. They only wanted to end the chat/call ( ive called several times) after being on chat/call for over an hour no resolution only increased frustration!  I will be looking to switch companies asap! Horrible Service in the most recent years.
