After a few months with issues and misleading information, not getting my point across or heard, resoved. Asked to speak to someone above supervisor, when they didnt contact corporate. Immediately was in contact with me. Resolved my issues and some, Jessica, was a great rep., helped me all the way through til a solution was made. Verizon has always been my number choice, left for a few years, but I'm back. Thank you for listening to my concerns and issues.

Just had so many issues with device, account and billing. Every time I spoke to someone, its was something new. Never got anything resolved, bill was skyrocketing. Changes without my authorization. Bad customer service, calls dropped.
