I have over 5 hrs with dealing with so called customer service over my bill and still nothing has been done! Worst ever customer service I have ever encountered.

I am a brand new customer and about 40 minutes into customer service. The last 23 minutes I have been on hold on the "direct number" the guy who couldn't speak English fluently provided me with. After looking in this forum, I think I might just cancel my account and try someone else

I know how upset I would be after spending that much time with an issue remaining unresolved, Whatzleft. We definitely want to help to turn this experience around, and help find a resolution. Can you tell me more about what is happening with your bill?

5 hours? I did an hour a day for 3 weeks for my last issue.
After that, I filed a FCC complaint.
Verizon called me and the situation was resolved within 2 hours of the complaint being filed. Unfortunately, that's the only way I know of to get to the employees that can actually resolve your issue. The ones that chat, answer the phone, or reply to messages on here are extremely limited. Additionally, they typically couldn't care less if you are happy with the service. Good luck!
