I was promised a credit by a customer service supervisor for my service in Europe that never worked.Never received the credit on my account. Spoke with another supervisor who said that I didn't call on date and time that my phone log says I did and she would not issue the credit because she had no notes. I spent 12 hours on the phone with tech support over various countries trying to get phones or hot spot to work. Supervisor today refused to allow me to speak with anyone else. Absolutely ruined our trip we had planned for years. I need to speak with someone who can help resolve this problem. Any ideas?
