Had the worse experience ever I had 3 different agents lie to me. 1 agent told me that I would receive a full refund because they falsely charged me for max and Netflix and to check back if 4 to 5 businesses days of if I don’t receive, so I checked back only to have another agent tell me that the other agent basically lied and that I would not receive a refund, I am beyond upset that this is how they treat a loyal customer of 3 years
