Looking for recommendations for a different carrier ?
Been with Verizon since 2017.
However, 2 months in a row….unable to resolve billing issues with multiple agents.
Update: The last 3/5 agents , ghosted or disconnected? Did not transfer me to anyone else. No resolution.
