I upgraded my phone on the app. I reviewed the charges over and over before finally agreeing to upgrade my phone. I did not see any charges, I even turned in my phone which was in perfect condition to Verizon and got an email confirming the phone was in great shape.. Now my bill has a Device Buyout Charge. It shouldn't have a charge because they credited it. This makes sense and if it’s not resolved I’ll be switching all 3 of my lines to a new provider.
