Been my device back on Oct 31 they received it Nov 1st. Then they changed me 1919 for no device Return. Then trying to fix it, they charged me 1919 again. So $3,838 they charged me. Then they said the device was received after 30 days and gave me a credit for 298 then trying to fight that they gave me another credit of 298. I have talked to so many reps so many tickets saying it's fixed and I now I have a balance due of $1,752. I had a credit already on file because I returned another phone before all this happened and I had to turn off my auto pay because I can't give 3.8k or 1.7k for phones I don't have. Been a verizon customer for 25 plus years. Tired of trying to talk to someone and will probably have to switch services to another company because I can't get this resolved.

So they messed up and I get a credit of only 941.52 after being double charged 1918 and they took my trade in credit of 1000. So my normal monthly bill is 240 this month my balance will be 800 or more and claim this is all. 25 years plus at verizon. My husband has att, I'll just move to his plan. Being a loyal customer is not appreciated here. Bye Verizon!

Channy75170, having you leave after those 25-years would be a shame. Certianly we can take a look at the returned device situation with a fresh set of eyes, and review what's been done so far. As part of that, sending a Private Message, so we can get started.

Oleskl69, this isn't the kind of treatment we want to give our long time customer. We want to make sure you're getting the right promotion and the right charges on your bill. We're sending you a Private Message so we can help.

Glad that know that this is normal for Verizon but sad to say and experience that this is something that is still normal practice. My story…I moved to another state for work so I informed Verizon and got shipping label and box sent to me to return a router and extender. I put both pieces of equipment in the boxes and with the labels and shipping material provided by Verizon. I went to the UPS store and dropped off package, got a receipt (which I immediately took a picture of for my records) and went on my merry way. I have been fighting since May for $175 that was charged to my account for equipment that was received as a “no return fee”. Mind you the equipment was returned well before the 30 day allowed to do so once service is terminated. I have explained over and over again to customer service representatives that I did not owe this fee. I was told before charges were due that my bill would be corrected and not to worry. Well I should have worried as my bill never got corrected and the over charge was taken out of my account. At this point Verizon, just give me a credit to my account, plus a credit for this inconvenience for the multiple times I have been trying to get this fixed. This kind of behavior is wrong on so many levels because if I don’t pay my bill I would be hounded to no end. Verizon do better, this is wrong so please fix this now. If you look at my account all the information is there tracking numbers, fact that equipment was received in early May. Just give me my hard earned money back. Thanks
