Let’s say I purchase a phone from Verizon worth 700 on a promotional plan, so I get a $20 credit per month to pay for the phone. I purchased it at Costco, so the return period is 90 days rather than the usual 30. If I return it after 89 days, I get my sales tax back, but what happens to the accrued device credits? If there were 3 credits, do I then have a 60 credit after the return?

We're happy to shed some light on your questions, Stevehofwash. Promotional credits will be charged back if the device is returned, and if other promotional requirements are not met. If you had already received promotional credits for a phone that was eventually returned, then you would see a chargeback on your account within the next 1-2 billing cycles.
Please let us know if this helps.
