I had an iPhone that was defective. I mailed it into Verizon under warranty expecting it to be free of charge as I was told. Instead I was charged $500 device was kept by Verizon and no replacement and will not send it back to me. I would have used the insurance I pay for on the iPhone instead.
I mailed back an Apple Watch that was not found in Verizon’s warehouse and ended up paying full price out of pocket to cover the device. At the same time my child’s gizmo watch that was attached to the iPhone Verizon had would not connect to my new iPhone for 6 months and still won’t. I’ve spent 7-10 hours on the phone attempting to fix the situation while paying for watches and lines that no one can use. This is absurd I’ve been a customer for almost 15 years.

Hello, _Dejuan. Help is here as you definitely deserve some answers on why this charge appeared. Do you have the tracking number for the device in question? Did you receive an email regarding the reason? Please advise.
