We upgraded a phone last year and traded in an old phone for a $400 credit. We received a credit for a few months, but then it went away. For the past many months, I contact Verizon each month to try to get the promo credit back. Each month, the rep tells me that I am all set and most months I have not gotten a credit applied. Since the Verizon system is not able to correct the error, can I ask for my trade-in phone back?
