- i had a problem with a returned device for over 3 to 4 months now now my line has been disconnected for a device they said they had and would credit me 499 i paid 64.00 dollars to keep my phone on and for the credit to be approved and i woke up today with my phone disconnected i have come to the conclusion i will leave verizon once i have this figured out because this is unacceptable i will not pay for anything that i was told was found i find it unprofessional.
