In mid December I switched 4 lines over from Xfinity and I was told I would get a $200 gift card for each line i ported over. I’m getting run in circles trying to get the gift cards. Every agent I talk to says they “submitted a form” and to “wait for the email” and that they “escalated”. I have screen shots of these conversations and what I was promised and screen shots from multiple agents confirming I will receive 4 $200 gift cards for moving my lines from Xfinity. Now an agent I talked to today told me only one gift card can be applied per account and that there’s nothing they can do. I was promised 4 gift cards and I expect to receive 4 gift cards. I need to know how to redeem these now.

I was offered the same Verizon promotion and tried a dozen times over six months and never received any of my promised visa cards. Multiple Verizon representatives made excuses and delays for months until I finally gave up. I have read of 1000s of Verizon customers with same issue in never receiving promotion credits. I hope you get yours. Verizon promotions are "NOT legitimate" (originally used a more descriptive verb but their AI sensored) This dishonest type of promotion should be outlawed. I am taking a loss and finding another service provider.
