Didn’t receive my $200 gift card

I purchased a plan and two devices on Monday and a popup window appeared during checkout on the Verizon website that said get a $200 Verizon gift card to use towards accessories or your bill, click to apply promo. 

so of course I clicked it and it said it was added 

 

got my devices today and there’s no gift card in the box, no email with a gift card code and nothing in my account on the app

Same thing has happened with me my gift card was never received through postal mail or email I’m trying to see what’s going on
