Disappointed

I am very disappointed with Verizon.   I changed from and long term user of AT and T.   Verizon kicked back charges when I tried to pay my bill by setting up auto pay.   They then charged me more  money to reset.   It was evident that I tried to pay my bill on time.  They would not reverse the additional charges.  I definitely be looking for another company.
