I set up a payment plan Tuesday the 11th and was disconnected Thursday the 13… I thought the whole point of a payment arrangement was to keep service and make payments! This is ridiculous!
I’m sorry this happened. It's possible this issue was related to the due date of the mobile bill and the date of the arrangement. Same with me as well made a payment arrangement and boom my service was turned off a few days before my set date to make a payment for my pass due amount that was set up already
