I was in a bad car accident a month and a half ago, and was injured pretty bad. I have fallen behind on my finances because I was unable to work. Now that I can get back to work I'm unable to because Verizon decides hmm.. let's slap this account with a reconnect fee for both of their lines even though they have a payment arrangement that's due on July 7th. I'm so tired of all the inconveniences that they have caused in my experience with them. My job requires my data connection, and here you are preventing me from working. Why have payment arrangements if they just get disconnected regardless?
