My job posted a link for a discount of 25% off each line so I signed up. What I didn’t know was that this discount was not available with my unlimited plan and asking for this discount removed my first responder discount. The certificate that I originally had to qualify for the first responder discount no longer applies, so now my bill has increased by $35.
After speaking to four representatives the last person said they would put in a form to the offline team who would likely give a loyalty discount on the account. But they didn’t know how much this would be, when it would happen or how I could follow up. They said it should be automatic and reflected in my account. I just would like that my bill not be greater than before I applied for the current discount. Has anyone had something like this happen with a successful outcome?
