Anyone else perturbed their Verizon billing discounts have been reduced? I'm saving them money (shipping and manpower to bill) by going paperless and ensuring I pay on time with with auto pay (that is never when it says it will be). What do I get in return? A bill that's $15 higher. I have 3 lines plus internet with them and have been with them many many years, but this just ticks me off. It's impossible to budget anymore when big corps (that are getting tax breaks, btw) nickle and dime us to death. I'm looking at moving because frankly I'm tired of it.
