This weekend, as a 10+ year customer, I was extorted by Verizon. I was in the middle of an agreed payment arrangement, and with zero notification, they cut off my lines. They then said in order for me to get them turned back on, I had to tear up my current payment arrangement that they agreed to, and create another. On their terms, of course. This was, the last straw of a steady decline of customer service the past 3-4 years. I can't believe how horrible Verizon has become. And my utter joy over the summer, will come in the form of switching carriers.
