- For the past 10 months I have been trying to cancel my Disney plus bundle that charges me 18.99 only because one day I tried logging into Disney plus for my 2 year old at home I was prompted to page stating I no longer have Disney plus. That month and the past 10 months now I still have been charged 18.99 for Disney bundle I have called 7-8 different customer service reps in the past 6 months all asking me to contact disney. I did so numerous times and they all refer me back to Verizon. I have been told by all the reps that they will send an escalation request of โhigh priorityโ yet Iโm still being charged. They keep claiming that it is a 3rd party subscription through Verizon. We have gone through all steps online and on app to try to cancel. One rep told me he cancelled Disney bundle for me and it reflects on my account actions/history. Thatโs was a few months ago yet Iโm still being charged the 18.99 is still on my bill. Today a chat rep told me he was doing an escalation with high priority as well and told me to not waste my โtime and energyโ, I suppose Michael believes I can just waste my time and money. Iโm not sure what to do now.

I know how frustrated I would be if I was being billed for something still after asking it to be cancelled 10-months prior myself, Joseph2024 (great name by the way). It certainly sounds like there is an error preventing the charge from being removed permanently, and I would be happy to take a fresh look into this concern and see what we can do to help expedite this resolution. Please be on the lookout for a private message from me to get started, since we will need account access.

I found trying to sign up for this perk to be a confusing nightmare, like almost everything else related to Verizon. All I succeeded in doing is resuming an old subscription for which I will be charted $17.99/month. Iโm just really hoping that I donโt start getting double-billed for it (Disney and Verizon) when the 6-month period is over. What a frigging mess.
