I can't get Disney Plus removed from my bill! I canceled the free subscription the day before it was going to end 10.09.23. Verizon emailed a confirmation, we went through the Disney process, they emailed a confirmation. We then paid for a year of Disney Plus through the Disney Plus site. Verizon charged me for the service on my next bill, starting 10.10.23, there is also a pending charge on my next bill. I called and spoke with someone who said they'd take care of it, it has to be done on the back end since there seemed to be a system error. 2 weeks later nothing. I started a chat where the rep proceeded to argue with me and say I resubscribed, I did not. I called again and spoke with someone who saw what the first one did, she said she is putting a bunch of notes on my account so that when it is straightened out I can get a refund becauseshe could not figureout why she couldn't remove it even though it shows not active. No actual solution, and an open ticket from the chat with absolutely no information, just an argument with a rep that insisted I was lying. This is ridiculous, I have had Verizon since 2000, but I am about to find a different carrier.
