Don't see an option to use verizon gift card to pay mobile phone bill

Have a home and mobile account now under same username. I'm able to add gift cards to home account but not the mobile account. Tried multiple things

1) Combine home & mobile payment methods - this option is available but when I do it, I stop seeing the gift cards already added to home account. When I separate them I see them again on home account

2) Gift card payment method to mobile account doesn't exists. Only online banking and credit/debit options are available

3) Paying mobile bill once generated also doesn't change this situation. Still don't see an option to use / add gift card

How can I use the gift card for mobile bill payments ? Need help

It is certainly important to be able to use a gift card payment, rajpallik. You mentioned that you recently combined your mobile and home accounts. When specifically did this issue first start happening? Have you ever had the option to pay your mobile bill with a gift card?

No, I never saw the option to add gift card to pay mobile bills.

Since I couldn't add to mobile, I tried to add to home and it worked. After this I tried using the options (available on both mobile and home screens) to combine payment methods. But it didn't work. Once separated I can see on home accuont

Both accounts use the same login id on verizon, fyi

I previously had 2 different login id for home and mobile. I'd combined them. I never saw gift card payment option for mobile in any of these situations.
