Why are we being double billed? We had to sign up for a Verison Visa Card when we signed up for Verizon. We have not USED that Visa for anything. We have paid our Verizon bill on line using our "Free" gift cards we were given at sign up for two months. Then we got a bill from the Verizon Visa for $1.87! No one could tell us Why we go that bill the Visa counpany said they didn't have that info and the Verison person didn't know either. We sent in a check on March 5th just to clear that. the Visa comp said they never got it. We complained becaus tehy kep sending up emails telling us our bill was over due. Our own bank tried for over an hour to get them to explain it but they coulsn't The low and behold the Visa com found our check, credited our account on the 20th but 2 days after the due dat e of the 18th. Then dared to send us a listing of all the credit facilities that we were reported to! We have had EXCELLENT credit up until now! All Done and settled I went in and paid our April bill on line using our DISCOVER CARD this time at the beginningof april of $221.11 now yesterday April 5th we got another bill from the Verizon ViSA Com for another $187 for April!! Is this a scan? By the way we were charged an extramarital in $20 for paying our bill on time using our Discover card instead of this faudulent Verizon Visa card!
