I have an issue with the perk of the Netflix and max deal. I had Netflix coming into this deals. According to what I read by signing up the original Netflix would be go away. For 3 months now i’ve call been told be the answering agent that I need to cancel the original Netflix account. Tried on line and was unable to, called Netflix and was told only Verizon ( the group billing me) could fix it. After being put on hold and forgotten about, I called back and asked for a supervisor. He finally said he would sent up higher internally . He also told me I wouldn’t be billed for either Netflix until it was straightened out. The latest bill just came through and again I’m being billed double. I called and spoke again to a supervisor. She told me that it’s fix and deducted the original amount off the bill. I then look at next months expected bill option. And it’s still showing up there. After 25+ of Verizon service I’m seriously considering swapping carriers. I feel i’ve been lied to for 3 months straight and pacified . Don’t text me a link, I don’t text. This is Verizon’s last chance to fix this issue.

We are sorry to read that you've been having issues managing your account, as this is never the experience that we want after all these years. To clarify, you are getting both a charge for Netflix and Netlix + Max as well?

Yes!! I am being double billed for the Netflix/ Max package that was offered for $8.50 !! Over an hour on the phone with a representative and NOTHING accomplished.. except me canceling the perk after having it for only 3 days !! But of course I have to pay for a month .. being over charged by $10.00 !! Worst customer service ever!!

Hello Cecilmosher, do you have the Netflix perk via your Verizon account? If you are being billed by Netflix, we might need to make sure you have your Netflix account linked to your Verizon account. Do you have more than one Netflix account? We are here to help.

I am having the same issue. It shows I am being charged 3 times for netflix on my bill but only see it is added once int the "perks" tab.
Netflix+max - $10
Netflix - $10
Netflix- $8.50
I did not want ads so I'm happy to pay 1 of the additional charges, but I'm not sure how long this has been going on, but I feel as though I have over paid for several months. Either $8.50 or $10 each month

Hello Pskye47, I have attached the link below to show how to register your Netflix account to merge with the perk we allow and upgrade it to without ads. Also keep in mind if you were originally subscribed through Netflix it should link the two.

This is happening to me as well. I spoke with an agent on 4/27 who had me go into my Netflix account and downgrade my account, turning off the no ads. They then go back in and upgrade again, turning back on the no ads. It showed correctly under my next bill, but I went back in now, and it's again double-billing. It's so frustrating. I do not mind paying the extra 10 for no ads, but it's being billed twice, and for that price, I might as well have kept my original Netflix plan without Max. Someone needs to get this figured out. I of course noticed this after hours and cannot get help with this.

I am having the same issue. My bill shows Netflix $10 and Netflix + Max (No Ads) $10. If I manage it through the Perks, I would only be able to cancel the Netflix + Max, as that is all that is listed.

And lookie lookie, this note is posted with my Ex-Partner's name, whom I sent to Prison over a year ago.
I have my own new account - not surprised - really, Verizon? Do Better!
